Through a combination of hands-on learning opportunities, career exploration, and paid summer internships, the program connects middle and high school students with local businesses and mentors to build real-world knowledge and professional skills. The Make an Impact Foundation (MAIF) serves as a vital connector between businesses and communities, creating opportunities for individuals and organizations to give back to children and families in need. Through our four core pillars My Corporate Impact, MAIF Kids Play, MAIF Kids Learn, and MAIF Kids Work we deliver direct and meaningful impact to those in need through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
